This privacy policy relates to the processing of personal data by Flot Advies & Coaching and for assignments hired service providers. Processing of personal data includes, among other things, the collection, storage, recording, modification, collection, retrieval, consultation or destruction of personal data. Flot Advies & Coaching collects personal data from clients, participants, suppliers and visitors to our websites.

GDPR and protection of personal data

In all processing operations Flot Advies & Coaching handles personal and customer information very carefully; the principles as drawn up in the GDPR are the starting point, as are those in professional codes to which Flot Advies & Coaching complies or considers itself bound.
This means, among other things, that Flot Advice & Coaching:

  • inform you in an understandable and transparent manner about how and for what purposes the personal data are processed;

  • only processes personal data for legitimate, well-defined purposes and bases the data processing on one of the bases stated in the GDPR;

  • takes appropriate organizational and technical security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.

  • inform you about your rights with regard to the personal data processed by us.

  • not processed more or longer than necessary.

Purposes and Bases

Flot Advies & Coaching collects personal data for different purposes and on different bases: for example for the provision of services as agreed with you and / or your employer, for pre-contractual activities (such as making a quotation) or for processing the request that you send us via one of the forms on our website. The website asks you to fill in personal details, for example when you want to contact us or request information. We only carry out certain processing operations with your consent, whereby you can withdraw it at any time.
We will inform you in more detail in the following chapters.

II. Website

Cookies

We use cookies on our websites and apps. You can disable cookies for all sites via your browser. Flot Advies & Coaching uses cookies to anonymously track how many visitors the site receives, which pages are visited and which information requests are made. The cookies that are used do not contain name and address details; only data regarding your use is stored (pages visited, technical details and IP address). This data is used to analyze usage and visit, so that we can optimize our websites and apps and serve you even better in the future. Naturally, we handle this information with care.

III. Your personal data - purposes, bases and use of your data

Providing (pre-) contractual services.

Flot Advies & Coaching processes your personal data in order to provide our services to you. We use the data, for example, to make a quotation at your request and then to implement the agreement, to maintain the relationship with you in relation to the order, to process and confirm an order for registration or to send an invoice. We also use the data to answer information requests; it is then our legitimate interest to process your personal data for this purpose.

Involvement and sharing with third parties.

Flot Advies & Coaching can, as Controller, engage other parties to perform an aspect or part of the services for you; this may be, for example, an external consultant. Insofar as these third parties need access to personal data to perform these services, Flot Advies & Coaching has contracted the appropriate contractual, technical and organizational security measures to ensure that these third parties only use or process your data for the intended purposes and in accordance with the instructions we agree with these third parties.

Share with third parties for legal reasons.

Flot Advies & Coaching may share your personal information with third parties if we believe that access to and use of the personal information is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with applicable laws, regulations and / or court orders; (ii) to prevent or detect or resolve fraud, (future) security issues or technical problems; and / or iii) to protect the interests, properties or safety of Flot Advies & Coaching, our users or the public to the extent in accordance with the law.

IV. Retention periods

Flot Advies & Coaching does not store your personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected. The retention period depends on the nature of the information and the purposes of the processing.

Below we list the retention periods of personal data for various purposes and services.

  • Insofar as personal data are involved in the fiscal retention obligation: 7 years

  • Advice data regarding assignment maximum 2 years after completion of assignment
