Based on that vision, motivation and expertise I support organizations, teams and individuals with complex change and development challenges. As a consultant, coach or interim manager I focus on both the organizational and the behavioral side of change. A keen eye for the context, strategic ingenuity and a well-developed conceptual ability enable me to provide transparent and clear insight into opportunities and risks and to create innovative solutions.
I have more than 20 years of experience in HR, leadership, coaching, change management and organizational development. Organizational psychology and HR form the basis for this, which I have further expanded over the years through experience as a manager and consultant at, among others, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia N.V., Credit Europe Bank N.V., InsingerGilissen, De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. and Leeuwendaal.
